Wide sliding glass doors and high ceilings allow for an abundance of natural sunlight. Offering two bedrooms and two full bathrooms, the home sits on the second floor with one private deck accessible from the living room and another private deck accessible from the primary bedroom.
Gather and relax
by the fireplace and enjoy your meals in the dining area, at the breakfast bar, or on the patio. Ceiling fans hang from each room, and a full washer and dryer are in the unit. Unlike many homes on the mountain, guests have access to an attached heated garage to store skis, bikes, and other toys and to stage for days on the slopes and trails. Soak in the community hot tub then get back out there! Enjoy cooking at home in our fully stocked kitchen or dining out in one of the wonderful local restaurants. Our place is just across from the bus stop providing easy access to the ski area or to downtown, and steps
away from the Yampa Core Trail and Whistler Park.

Thank you for hosting us. Your home was the perfect location with beautiful surroundings. Our Fourth of July weekend could not have been better staying at your home. Excellent amenities, plenty of books and puzzles too. Kitchen was stocked with spices and oils for cooking. Thank you for the coffee. If we are ever in Steamboat Springs again we will definitely come back to stay with you. We will also tell our friends. Jim and Mary Kay.
